TESTIMONIALS

“Greta provided a fabulous two-part training for our staff and volunteers at Rappahannock CASA. She helped us understand what different levels of cultural competency look like and walked us through some team-building exercises focused on conflict resolution styles. She's a ball of energy, so it's really easy to stay engaged in her sessions. Honestly, I think our team would've been perfectly happy to spend another four hours with her on top of the four we had.”

“Greta gave a very insightful talk to my company for a DEI workshop. We spoke about implicit biases and the best ways to show each other respect in the workplace. The conversation was illuminating and so important! Thank you again, Greta!”

"I participated in the 'Cultivating a Culture of Respect' workshop and left a better person because of the experience. Respect is an important ingredient for creating relationships that we can count on. Greta shared valuable insights and challenged my biases such that I was forced to re-think my obligations to and my expectations of others. I encourage everyone to invest in their personal and professional development by signing up for one of Greta's workshops; the dividends are priceless."

“One of the best presenters I’ve had. She was confident, personable, and had high energy (but not the annoying kind—good energy). She knew the content well and was able to go beyond the classroom material instead of depending solely on PowerPoint.”
